Focus solely on your body's needs and personal goals for your yoga practice in a private setting.

  • Design a custom home practice for your specific physical needs, such as an injury, recent surgery, or a health condition

  • Get comfortable with the basics of alignment, poses, and breath work (pranayama) in preparation for group classes

  • Learn modifications to and use props for poses currently challenging to you or do go deeper in familiar poses

  • Work in a more focused way to deepen your practice and/or improve or maintain range of motion, flexibility, and strength
